Two-Way Audio/Visual Emergency System

A faster connection when every second matters.

A two-way audio and video emergency system for fixed locations and mobile users. A dedicated app connects the person calling for help with an operator at the central monitoring station.

Ask about the system

Requires the emergency app and a data connection to a compatible central station. The system can run as a WinGal2000 module or as a standalone application.

From one press to a live response.

  1. 01

    Call for help

The user presses and holds the on-screen emergency button for two seconds. A local verification sound confirms the press; a small Bluetooth button is also available as an option.

  2. 02

    Connect to the station

The app sends an emergency event with the device ID. A clear status confirms whether the event was sent.

  3. 03

    See and speak

The device camera opens and a two-way voice channel connects the user with the operator. Video can be shown at the station.

One system. Two ways to deploy.

Fixed locations

For schools, kindergartens, medical facilities and other staffed or public sites. The app stays on a dedicated, wall-mounted phone or tablet. Operators can see site status and location on a map.

Mobile users

The app can also be installed on personal phones. When an emergency starts, the station receives the user’s location; the user can switch between the front and rear camera. Other authorized users in the group can also receive and handle the event.

The operator has the context to act.

WinGal2000 displays incoming and active emergency events alongside the selected site or user details. Operators can handle more than one active video event, with a voice channel for each.
